There are nineteen parks and playgrounds (plus a few off-leash dog parks) in the neighbourhood alone, giving residents plenty of room for relaxation and recreation. There are also several playing fields where the residents can enjoy sporting events held throughout the year by local community groups and the Hidden Valley Community Association. Nose Hill Park is but a stone’s throw away southwards from Hidden Valley and offers many trails for leisure walks, hiking and off leash dog walking.
